Every fee is listed line by line, with the exact amount in euros. The quote is guaranteed for 10 minutes. No hidden margin on the exchange rate.

On business days, the money reaches the IBAN within minutes. On weekends, delivery is announced before you pay: Monday before noon.
Nothing for them to install
No moviPay account, no branch visit. All you need is their name and IBAN, in 10 eurozone countries.

Refunded if the transfer fails
If the transfer can't go through after you pay, you're refunded automatically to the same Mobile Money number.

Which countries can I send from?
moviPay starts in West Africa, with Mobile Money in FCFA (XOF). More African countries will follow.
How much does a transfer cost?
Fees are shown line by line before every payment: service fee, Mobile Money fee and conversion fee. The example on this page is indicative; final pricing will be published at launch.
Does the recipient need a moviPay account?
No. They receive euros by SEPA transfer to their bank account. Only their IBAN is needed.
Which countries can I send to?
France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Luxembourg, Ireland and Austria.
What happens if the transfer fails?
If the transfer can't go through after you pay, the amount is refunded automatically to the Mobile Money number you used.
How is my money protected?
Every sender verifies their identity once, transfers are subject to limits, and the recipient's name is checked before the transfer.
